Anhui BBCA & Galactic Lactic Acid Co., Ltd. (B&G) was born in 2002 as a joint venture between the Chinese company BBCA Biochemical Co., Ltd. and the Belgian company Galactic S.A. BBCA Biochemical Co., Ltd. is one of the world's biggest producers of citric acid and Galactic S.A. is one of the largest producers of lactic acid. With an annual capacity of 60,000 metric tons of products, we can offer all grades of natural L (+) lactic acid and lactate (sodium, potassium and calcium) as well as a whole range of formulation specially dedicated to the food industry and feed industry. We have already received the certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001 and HACCP, as well as the HALAL and KOSHER product certificates. Due to the good properties, our products are used as acidifier, antimicrobial, preservative, nutritional supplement, moisturing agents or chemical synthesis raw materials for food application (such as meat and poultry, fish and seafood, sauce and dressing, beverage and fruit juice, dairy, confectionery, and bakery), feed application, cosmetic application, pharmaceutical application and industrial applications (leather, textile and electroplate).
